We started Beach Bum Island Desserts with one simple idea: dessert should feel like a vacation. A bite of something so good it stops the day for a second — and reminds you of somewhere warm.
Everything we make is handcrafted in small batches from our home base in Lakewood Ranch. Real ingredients. Real time. Real flavor. From our creamy key lime minis to our loaded brownies and Caribbean rum cake, every dessert is mixed by hand and baked fresh to order.
