A bakery born on flip-flop time.

We started Beach Bum out of a tiny kitchen two blocks from the ocean, with a single mission: make desserts that taste the way a long weekend feels. A decade later we still bake every morning at 4 a.m. — same recipes, same hands, same salty breeze through the window.
